The Joy of Giving

The act of giving and the joy so derived.

The act of giving is a reward to the genuine giver and to the receiver.

Both will be at peace in no time.

Giving does not necessarily mean only money.

Giving simply means letting go part of what you have in abundance.

It is the little secret awaiting a society yearning for peace and development.

It is also a little secret awaiting a society desirous of self respect in the comity of nations.

You do not lose your self importance or privilege when you give part of your excess or at times part of the meager measure you have, if you can strive.

Otherwise you are lifted up figuratively and practically by doing the giving.

Even the heavens accord you more blessings, giving you the peace in your mind.

And one can see that little smile which breaks out at the edges of your lips when you have allowed yourself to catapult a genuine soul in need to a higher level.

The very successful groups of people do give.

Just name them.

You might have been blessed with much by favour.

You might have worked hard for it but the thrill may stop there if you find it hard to reach out.

Look around you but with so much in excess; do you like what you see?

Obviously you want to be seen as the smartest or worshipped as a hero.

The conqueror or the most powerful?

As powerful as you are: do you feel threatened at times?

Let us give our time, our patience, our skill, our knowledge and more.

Man’s Limited Knowledge

Sometimes we take certain actions which initially the societal norms may find inappropriate but which eventually become acceptable, given the benefit of the passage of time.

The reverse may also be true in some cases.

Man is inherently ignorant and will definitely continue to be so, of many things.
The fallouts of some of Man’s actions and decisions can hardly be predicted.
